It was excellent I used them several times and they're always been accurate and to the point I highly recommend them.

This is the fourth or fifth time we have used L&S. I think my wife has used them while I was out of town. It could not have gone better. They identified front end problems that were not addressed the last time I had front end work done at another shop. That and previous work proved to me they are honest in their assessment of repairs. We were able to reduce the cost a little because I was able to do some minor work myself. My primary mechanic has sold his business so L&S will be getting all my business going forward.

Initially brought my vehicle to Land S for an intermittent A/C not working. They charged me for an and quot;advanced computer diagnosticand quot;, performance test of the A/C system and determined that the radiator was leaking and needed replacement. They also recommended replacing the battery and changing the oil. Two weeks later, the A/C is again not working and upon return to the shop, was told that the problem was a bad electrical connector, for which they charged me $155 in labor to fix. I stated that this should have been diagnosed on the first visit and that I did not agree on having to pay labor to fix the problem that was not corrected on the first visit. Land S countered with the statement that they are not perfect and could not have known about the connector problem and that it could have failed between the first and second visit. Overall, I feel like I did not receive good customer service and Land S should have at least offered to discount some of the labor on the second visit. I will not take another vehicle to this shop.

My experience with L and S was positive. They came to my house to look at the vehicle. Then the took it back to the shop, all free of charge. My husband was out of town, and they made sure everything was taken care of. They went above and beyond to make sure my car was in proper shape. Free of charge. That is unheard of.
