Two weeks later, the A/C is again not working and upon return to the shop, was told that the problem was a bad electrical connector, for which they charged me $155 in labor to fix. I stated that this should have been diagnosed on the first visit and that I did not agree on having to pay labor to fix the problem that was not corrected on the first visit. Land S countered with the statement that they are not perfect and could not have known about the connector problem and that it could have failed between the first and second visit.
Overall, I feel like I did not receive good customer service and Land S should have at least offered to discount some of the labor on the second visit. I will not take another vehicle to this shop.
