We use them all the time. We are in there at least once a month and we have been using them for years. They have a boarding kennel as well as veterinary offices and so we use both frequently. Their service, patient care, interaction and explanation of everything are wonderful. The people working there are also wonderful. What stood out to me about them are their hours of operation, the cleanliness of the facility and the pleasant staff. Their pricing is high but we are willing to pay that for the service that we get.

I have been using Kleinpeter Vet since it opened and Dr Kleinpeter since 1988-1990. All of my pets...three dogs, one cat and my daughter's dog have received excellent care. The staff is friendly, personable and professional. I also use the grooming services at Kleinpeter Vet on a monthly basis and I am extremeley pleased with Leslie Thibodeaux our groomer.

The atmosphere is friendly. The place where our dog is kept is clean. The vet takes time with and befriends our dog. When boarding, they take our dog for a walk 4 times day. The one thing we wish they did better would be to take the dog out for the last walk later at night instead of at 5:00 to 6:00pm.

I didn't even really know that my dog was that sick when I went out to Salt Lake city for a trip. I was with Kleinpeter at that time and this is a group that has four different vets. I took my dog there and they didn't even give him medication or anything so I switched to a new vet. However, the problem is you never know if they are going to be there or not or you might be stuck with one that is not very good. So, I decided to leave them because of this one vet. They told me that he had a heart murmur and it wasn't until I went to Salt Lake city that I found out that he has a congestive heart failure which is a big difference. I am not going to use their service again.

I don't really deal with them but my husband and son do. They are clean. They are good with animals. I think they are high. They are expensive but I like the atmosphere.
