The realtor was almost always available for me to ask questions. She explained everything and made ut easy to understand. We had a very good experience with this company. We had to pay a $500 deposit and once we closed we git the money back.

Natasha Engle, with Keller Williams, went above and beyond in finding us a suitable home in a small area of the Jones Creek/Shenandoah area of Baton Rouge and when we were unable to find the home we desired she worked with us in finding an appropriate builder. She really went the extra mile to make sure we ended up in the home we desired. Also, in selling our current home (not sold yet), she worked with us with suggestions to make the house more "sale ready" and we have not gone a day without a showing, some days two. I am sure the house will either sell or the showings will slow down in the near future, but from the profession pictures to the final conditions and look of the house based on her suggestions I would have a hard time finding a realtor I am more satisfied with. A realtor is not something I would review on Angieslist but she is very deserving of recognition and I would suggest her to anyone.

I started by searching real estate in Baton Rouge. One website I came across required that I sign up to view the properties. I did and soon got a phone call from Anthony Dazet. At the time, I had another agent in mind and I was just looking early. The other agent didn't work out and Anthony periodically called me to see how things were going on my search so I decided to use him. I met him at his office one evening and have never regretted it since. He was honest and forthcoming about everything. He was also extremely patient in finding me the house I wanted. It took awhile (months) and we looked at a lot of houses. There were two people with very different tastes that he had to please. Once we found the house we wanted, he and his wife, Jennifer, dealt with the very difficult and awfull sellers. His wife was on top of all the paperwork and everything moved very swiftly. From the day we put in the offer to closing was only 3 weeks. We were actually able to move the closing date up instead of pushing it back several times like I was told might happen. I can't say enough about this husband and wife team. They were awesome and I will recommend them to everyone I know who is looking to either buy or sell real estate. He deserves more than his pay on the house we bought for the amount of work he put into us finding our first home.
