My daughter's wedding bouquet was preserved with the multiple heartaches of date delays, broken promised dates, no immediate responses to phone messages, excuses unrelated to the services paid for, as well as closed & locked doors during posted "business hours". Only after actually breaking down and crying during a phone call about all of the delays and broken promises was my daughter's bouquet finally finished on an agreed upon, extremely late date. The original promise of a 6 weeks job lasted 5 months. I would never recommend using this business to anyone. An "F" is too high a grade for the experience of dealing with this florist.
