I go in maybe once a month. I have had an account there for a long time. They are okay for what I need.

I paid the fees and told the teller that I would like to close my accounts (checking and savings) and was asked "Why?".  I told the teller that I was upset about the fees, and was told that the fees could be removed.  I explained that I had paid the fees and was no longer to deal with an automated bank with no sensibilities regarding human customers.  I immediately opened checking and savings accounts with a local, smaller bank.  I have overdrafted once in the two years since and was notified by phone by a teller at my branch and fees waived when I made a deposit the next day.

i used chase bank to mortgage my first property. they were very helpful and went through all the steps slow so that i could understand what i was doing without being concerned. they were not pushy, and offered me plenty of resources to help my mortgage questions out. i would suggest them to everyone.

I received a statement from Comcast stating I had insufficient funds in my J P Morgan Chase Bank checking account to pay for one months charges. And because of this problem I was to pay an additional charge of $39.00 ! After a call to Comcast, I was told I to go to the bank and have them straighten out the problem! I made an appointment with a Chase Bank officer and they went right to work to solve the problem. Come to find out it was Comcast who had made the error! The bank officer was most helpful in contacting Comcast by phone and letter. The additional $39.00 charge was removed from my next Comcast statement. I have since thanked the Chase Bank officer several times for their assistance.

The Zionsville branch never got back to me after I asked for help. They completely disregarded my request though we've been good customers there for almost 20 years. They also have way too many fees on business and savings accounts. There are many other banks in the area with better service and NO fees. I have moved all my accounts to another bank. Chase was rude and unhelpful until I went in to remove all of our accounts. Only then did they offer assistance. Too little, too late.

Even though it was a long process and at some times tedious getting documents to Navi, the end result was worth the hard work. Navi is pleasant, honest, and easy to work with. He is a wonderful professional.

Great. Went in to our local branch and they worked everything out - very competitive.

I will continue to bank at Chase because of the availability of ATMs. I did have a horrible experience at the branch on E Washington. I won't go back there.

We opened up a home equity line with Chase and literally it took less than a week to get approved and receive the funds. We were very happy with the ease of the process and service we received.
