Been in the Baton Rouge are for 30 years have been in the HVAC/Appliances industry for the same amount of time very professional in the work i provide was in the service Marines for 4 years of my life and enjoyed what it stood for about giving a 110 percent every day i get up being positive each and every day any way i provide a quality service for every one i do air-conditioning heating service also do Appliances kitchen appliances,water heaters,ceiling fans,kitchen exhaust fan,duct work.washer/dryer call me and i'll try to answer any questions you may have,have a great day and thank you

Jim missed the first appointment. He came over the second day, briefly examined my LG refrigerator, and told me that the problem was with the compressor, not any other thing. He charged me $140 for the “diagnostics”. He said the compressor needs to be replaced and later that day he sent me a quote for cost of compressor replacement. I sent that quote to the LG company with all the details they required as the compressor had the company warranty for 10 yrs. They asked me to send me the physical address of the technician as it was not on Jim’s quote. I contacted Jim for his shop’s physical address twice but he refused to give me the address and told me that the LG company will look up for his address on the web if they want! I was not able to follow through with LG because of his lack of address.

I am the guy who left a very nasty review for Jim over a month ago which later on I realized I was 100% wrong, and regret it. When he came to my house, just by asking me what was wrong with my refrigerator, he told me that the compressor was bad and I am better off to buy a new refrigerator. At the time I was very disappointed that why he is not checking the compressor before telling me that I need a new refrigerator. Now I realize, that was because of his years of experience. After he left, I called another company, they came and added some freon. The unit worked only for a few days before it went completely dead. I end up to pay additional $200 to the second company and to buy a new refrigerator. I deeply apologize for my nasty comments about him and not believing on his knowledge. I hope he can forgive me about my comments and I wish could take my earlier rating out of the web. Jav

This guy is a crook, he called and came the following day to fix my refrigerator. He is a fat 400Lb guy that I was wondering how he can bend down to work on my refrigerator. He looked at compressor and without checking the compressor or checking the Freon, he told me that I need a new compressor. I asked how much will cost me, he replied that your refrigerator is around 10 years old, and you are better of to buy a new one. I told him you even didn’t check the freon on it how you are so sure, he replied I am doing it for 25 years I know. He charged me $100. I called to another company, they came and found a small hole on high side. They fixed the hole and vacuumed and add freon and the refrigerator is working like new. This guy makes his money by service call. Be careful

Ensley did an amazing job! He came late on a Friday evening to help me after GE had cancelled on me without even a phone call. He was very knowledgeable and happy to explain what he was doing as he did it. He checked other areas as he was fixing the belt and cleaned up as he was working. My kids would walk in and ask questions, he was patient and humored them by answering and conversing back. He even called me the next day just to check that everything was still working. Overall, an amazing job and will definitely call him again next time something breaks.

Ensley put his Cape on and was to the rescue in minutes. He saved me from a long evening of battling with laundry. He serviced the dryer and it sounds brand new. I will definitely recommend/refer him.

He simply replaced parts, trying to find the problem, which was intermittent heat. The dryer began to heat so he charged me $142 and left. An hour later the dryer had stopped working again. He argued with me when I finally got him to return my phone calls. He finally returned and replaced another $123 part and left. The dryer now works but at an extremely high price because he guessed instead of simply tracing the circuit and identifying the faulty component.
