He came out promptly to give me an estimate on window repair. He said I needed new windows and he could get them in a couple of weeks. I gave him a deposit of $1155. He didn't show up on the day the windows were to be installed and didn't respond to my texts or email until the next day. He said the wrong windows had come in and he would give me a refund, but that it would take a couple of days. It's been three weeks and he hasn't responded to my messages, his voice mailbox is full, and no one appears to live at the address on his invoice.
