J. Rivet Construction

This contractor was unable to confine his construction to the property he was working on. He refused to honor his word to not use his construction vehicles on neighbors property, and deliberately destroyed adjacent property owners landscaping when refused permission to violate servitude access. He was threatening and foul mouthed, and committed verbal as well as physical assault on neighbors. He called the police, who told him the use of this servitude was a civil matter. Coincidentally, all his spanish speaking workers fled upon learning that police were on the way, causing me to question whether this contractor is paying social security on his employees, and whether they are legally in the country.
