Roy and Jesse did a great job with our master bathroom remodel. Roy's quote was the most detailed we received and they came out within 2% of their estimate. Roy set us up to meet with various vendors to select our materials, which was very helpful to me. I did some price comparisons and couldn't find any of the materials for cheaper on my own. Jesse coordinated all the actual construction and did some of the work himself and used tradesmen for plumbing, electrical, tile work etc. During the renovation my husband and I were traveling a lot for work and were hardly ever actually present. Jesse and the guys kept the work area tidy and Jesse communicated progress to me. I felt very comfortable the they were trustworthy to be in our home. Since there are a lot of little details in that kind of project, I did have to remind them about a few things but they were always very responsive. The contractor they used for tile work was probably my only negative. He wasn't receptive to my ideas when we met to plan the shower tile and it seemed like his schedule held up our project a little bit.

The guy who came out and did the bidding was excellent and organized. His bid came back in a folder form on an excel spreadsheet that explained every board he was going to purchase, which made it very easy for me to understand and for me to prove to my husband why that it would cost as that much as it was going to cost. Jeffy who is actually the onsite contractor is here every day and has put together a really good team that I have been happy with; the electricians, the plumbers, and carpenters. So far, we are staying on budget. I am very satisfied with the services they have provided. The pricing seems a little expensive even though I know where it is all going.

They did a great job, and really went above and beyond.  They were very organized and detailed, I would defiantly use them again.

They are wonderful. We have done a major kitchen renovation, which was ten years ago. We had the bathroom renovated five or six years ago. Then we had the floored renovation. They were very helpful. They diagnosed what we needed to do. They made sure that everything is ready to go even before they start. They cleaned up everything everyday. There was no mess. We have had renovations done before living room and dinning room area and it was horrible. I cannot recommend them enough. They are meticulous in the work that they do and they supervise the workers that they bring in. We are very pleased. We have recommended them and we tell them that they would get quality service, an estimate and that the work would be done in a timely manner. Their price is very fair. We would use them in the future

It went very well. Workmanship was fine and cost was very reasonable. Jand R is very customer oriented. The crafstman, Jessie, had to make several trips to analyze the request for service and propose acceptable solutions, and then perform the work; so the whole job took approximately two work days. Billing did not occur until the job was satisfactorily completed.

Jessie and Roy are a terrific team. They keep information flowing, work details, went the extra mile and cleaned up every day. Superb. Honest.
