Absolutely love my closet installation! I have a home built in the 80s with smaller closets. It’s amazing the space i have now! The process was so easy and everyone was so nice! Special thanks to Felicity, Sam, Sandra and Brett for making this one of the easiest projects ever! I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing a closet, laundry room, garage or any other space renovated. It comes with a lifetime warranty as well. Check them out!

This company is the absolute best! From the initial design phase to the planning through to the installation they were a perfect 10. Felicity helped us figure out exactly what we needed and then designed it for our approval. The showroom was incredibly helpful in letting us see all our options before making our decisions. And then the person who did all the scheduling was perfect. The installation team was also incredible!!! Punctual, super clean and careful in the home, and so incredibly precise! Their superior craftmanship was off the charts. They are real carpenters. We drove from New Orleans to Baton Rouge to work with them and are so glad we did. Simply amazing!

My wife and I renovated an old home in Nola and took on re-doing our closets as part of the project. We had used this company about 10 years ago and were happy, so I went back to them a second time in 2018. We are glad we did. The design was excellent, taking advantage of small floor space and 11 ft. ceilings. We lived in them six months now, and we are still thrilled. Our guests do a "wow" whenever we give them the closet tour. Felicity is an exceptional designer with great follow up skills as well. Contact her, you'll be glad you did.

This was the second time to use Inspired and we are thrilled with the work they did for us. This time around was a historic New Orleans home, after a complete renovation. High ceilings, unusual closet spacing/dimensions (compared to a new home) and a big job as well. The work looked great when we moved in, but now the closets are loaded and the functionality of the design is just as great. Felicity is a wonderful designer and the installation team were craftsmen. What a great experience for my wife and I.

My wife and I recently remodeled our entire home and made an addition to our existing home. As part of the addition we added on a closet. We met with Felicity early in the process and told her what we were looking for. She met with us at the Inspired Closet showroom and took us step by step through the design process. We picked our finishes, decided on our design for each part of the closet and then Felicity took all of those ideas and put them in a CAD program so that we could see what the final project would look like and what it would cost. We thought about it for a few weeks and paid our deposit and scheduled the install. Felicity continued communicating with us throughout our construction process, took measurements of our clothing to ensure a custom fit, and took final measurements before installation. The day finally came for our install and the staff of Inspired Closets did not disappoint. They arrived on time each day, were very polite and well mannered and worked fast. They also kept their work areas and the closet clean during the process. Our closet is absolutely incredible. It is our favorite part of our house. We have a place for everything and everything in its place and the quality of the materials and construction is impressive. I really can't say enough good things about the team at Inspired Closets and their professionalism and quality of the work. In particular, I believe that Felicity did a great job with our design and was so helpful with us during the entire process. I am so thankful for her assistance. I highly recommend this company for any organizational needs in a storage space in your home. Just stop in their showroom, and you can see why for yourself!

Wonderful. Inspired closets worked with my crazy move-in schedule. Their workers were professional, neat, and considerate of my needs, including my newly finished floors. I know they were concerned with the "uneven wonkiness" of New Orleans homes, but three months later, my VERY laden down shelves in my pantry and office look great. They even came back to add details that I wanted to add once my husband and I had unpacked from my move. I can't gush enough about the service.

Everything went extremely well from the very beginning with the designer, Rebecca, to the installer, Josh.  All were extremely professional and knowledgeable.  I would definitely recommend them.

Josh was on time, was meticulous with the installations, very courteous.

Rebecca was awesome, she scheduled a consultation within a few days of when I first called. She spent about an hour and a half with me taking measurements of the closet, asking questions about how I would be using the space, even measured my height and reach to make sure all the hanging would be perfect for me!
I'm in a small one bedroom condo, with a pretty large walk-in closet, but it is my only closet and doubles as my laundry room so I really needed to make the most efficient use of the space. Rebecca worked with me to use the space efficiently as possible, so now one side is my master closet and the other side is utility, and I still have room to spare! 
She drew up the design on the spot during the consultation, and sent me the quote before she left. I called the next day to schedule the work, and they came to install it within 3-4 weeks of the initial consultation. 
The guys were really efficient and clean when installing the system. They were very professional, and in and out within 5-6 hours. I had some existing shelving in there and they were able to demo it the same day at no extra cost, which was awesome! If I had more closets, I would definitely use them again!! :)

The entire process was excellent. the sales rep was great and the installers were awesome too. They were very careful to insure the new hardwood floors were not damaged.

The team was very professional and good at what they do.  After calling for an appointment, Rebecca came out to my house and took measurements of my closet.  She asked about the way we use the space and asked me for my current problems and what I wanted to achieve.  She was responsive to my ideas and the plans I had already been working on.
She drew up two, or maybe three, designs and I came to the office to review them.  She was extremely quick on the designing process, which I really liked.  I've dealt with designers who have to be chased down to get to your project.  She contacted me within the week with her designs.
After reviewing them and making any changes I wanted, I gave her a deposit and got on the calendar.  It took about three or four weeks to actually get the closet installed.  Before they came, I had the existing closet taken out, electrical changes made, tile floor matched and repaired, sheetrock repairs done, and then painted.  That took about 10 days.  I handled those jobs, but Rebecca said they could have sub-contracted it out and done the whole job in house.  
On installation day, a team of two came at 9 am and started the process.  The owner of the service, Neal, came out later and worked along with the guys for most of the day, since it was a big job.  There were some problems with the existing walls of my old house, but Neal took extra time and fixed them on the spot.  He had to get creative, which I really liked.  It saved me the time and money of having my sheetrock guys come back and work again.  Neal's willingness to do "whatever it takes" was very much appreciated.
The guys  stayed until 8 p.m. that night, but got it all done.  
I love it.  My old house has old closets and this system makes use of every inch?all the way up to the 10' ceilings.

They were all on time, professional and easy to communicate with. Everything was designed to make me happy! I love it! They built me the perfect closet! It totally exceeded all expectations! The price was good, the quality was excellent and the service was very professional. I have never been so pleased and impressed with the service of any company as I am with this! I will have them do several more projects in the future!

We could not be more pleased with our purchase!  Rebecca came in and took a few measurements and asked us a few questions. Within a fews days she had come up with a few designs to choose from.  She was really able to utilize every inch of space in the closet.  I didn't think everything was going to fit and we ended up with even more room!  She was always available to answer any questions I had in the process.
Chris and Josh came to do the install and could not have been more professional or pleasant.  We were comfortable leaving them here by themselves to do the install.  They put down rugs everywhere they were going to be walking and completely cleaned the closet before they left.  Our closet is beautiful!
We would definitely work with the team again.

This is my second time to use this company and the staff was outstanding and very helpful. I found the prices very high, especially considering that the product is melamine coated particle board- typical of semi- custom closets. I love the fact that the closet is finished in one or two days. rather than dragging on for weeks with carpenters and painting! That said, the last bid I received for a large his/hers double closet was $20,000 and that is out of reach for many budgets (including mine) and using a carpenter and painter would probably be more economical.

They were really good! I love their whole set up! They definitely take time to give you all their recommendations and explore their options.
