The price was unbelievably reasonable. I have used him when he has owned or been with other companies. He is the only person I will call out if I have do deal with heating or air. I have been a home owner for 30 years and I also own an office building and there is nobody else I call for heating and air. He is honest, polite and professional. He goes so above and beyond. I remember one time he came to service one of my properties and I was involved with something else. I was on a latter messing with the air. It was an heating and air issue and he shewed me off the ladder and did that chore for me. He leaves things clean. He explains things. He calls back and follows up with you. He is extremely extremely reasonable. He is very polite. He is very nice. He is just a pleasure and a joy to do business with. I love writing my check out to him and I don't like to write checks to anybody.

They did what I needed them to do and they were very helpful. They were not out to rip me off and the technician did what he could do in the cheapest way that would still work. He was a very nice young man.

They did a good job. They were quick to schedule an appointment and did everything as per the schedule. I will use them in the future.

American Home Shield sent out Tri Air, who was worthless-2 brothers I refer to as "Dumb and Dumber" who spent all of 5 minutes "fixing" my AC. When water came through the ceiling again from an over flow pan, American Home Shield sent Sears. This guy seemed to know what he was doing. I told him not to come down from the attic until he had checked everything...especially the coil. He said that he checked the coil, but five hours after he left water was coming through the ceiling again. American Home Shield couldn't send anyone until the next week (Never Ever Use American Home Shield). I called Horizon Air who came out that day at 6 pm and fixed my AC...and the coil was filthy! Horizon was fantastic! Professional and fair! I gladly paid out of my pocket to have air conditioning!

Kaiser A/C has been out several times. Always punctual and professional. Patient and takes time to answer questions, and explain what is being done, or what needs to be done. We will definitely use in the future.

I had simultaneous AC failure at both my home and my office building, during a recent 95-degree day! My home AC was not getting very cool and my office AC was over-flowing. Doug Harrell, the owner, asked what my priority was because my home and office are quite far from each other. Doug offered to come to my office after closing so as not to disrupt our work day. He was able to correct the problem relatively simply, and while up in the hot attic checked an additional unit at no charge, and he even changed the light bulbs in the attic fixtures. It had to be 120 degrees up there. Within a few days he located a damaged air vent under my home that was allowing some of the cool air to escape. The cost is always so reasonable, and he is the most pleasant, happy, polite person you'd ever want to meet. I am always happy to write a check to Horizon Heating and Air. I know he has saved me several small fortunes over the years.

I had them come out and install my heating system and it has never seemed to work correctly. It turns on and off at odd times and everytime they fix it it never works anyways. The technicians that come out are professional are very nice but I have been very unhappy.
