I contacted Home Appliance in May 2012. The technician came to my residence to service the machine and assured me that the problem was corrected. I trusted him and did not check the machine until after he left. The towels that I attempted to wash before the machine began to malfunction was still floating in the water in the machine. The washer still would not drain or spin. I tried contacting the store after I became aware of the problem and got their answering machine. I called the next morning and the technician did not return to my home to correct the problem until that evening. I checked to assure that the washer was in proper working order before he left. He was very apologetic and I have not had a problem with the washer since that time.
