We initially purchased an entry door from a local home-improvement store. After a month, a refund and reorder of product due to "a computer issue," and two delays, the door was still not installed. I cancelled that order and contacted Holmes Windows Doors and More upon the suggestion of my painting contractor, a fellow Angies List provider. I was familiar with the Holmes name as it applied to the constuction industry, but I was unaware they provided services for door and window installation. I contacted the store and spoke with Matt Holmes who was extremely courteous and helpful. I explained the situation and expressed my concern for needing a door installed within a two-week timeframe. He was able to comply with this request, and the door was installed earlier than I expeccted. The entire staff was professional and courteous. We were impressed with the knowledge of the installation team and work they performed and are extremely pleased with the quality of the door and surrounding framework.
