While i do think this shouldn't have happened on a fairly new car, hollingsworth ford was very nice to offer this service at a reduced price. Car was brought in at 7:30 am and they offer a ride to your work while repair is being done (very helpful), they could do it right then. work was completed quickly and door handle works fine now.

They’re always able to fit you in. They’re pretty good with their service. The service people were really nice. I had a major problem with my brake lines and they’re pretty quick to fix it. They didn’t tell me that they can’t fit me in. They’re very quick to take care of what you need done.
