The first coating began to chip after one month.  We called and the same worker was sent out, who was not happy to have to come back and fix the problem.  The second coating began to chip after about 3 months, but we thought since it was only the one or two small spots that were under the bath mat, maybe no additional ones will appear and we can just live with it.  We also did not want to see the surly worker again.  We let it go on for a couple of years until the coating was actually coming off in very large flakes.  I then called the owner, told him who I was and reminded him that he had given me a 5 year warranty on this job and would he please come out and fix it again.  He told me they would come out on the following Sunday to fix it.  I told him that was not acceptable since we did not want the inconvenience on a weekend.  He then told me that was the only time available and I could take it or leave it.  I told him I would think about it and call him back.  I have never been able to get hold of him again.
