Heaven Scent Cleaning Service

They came but they did NOT clean my house. They swept some and passed the mop and vacuum over some areas, but they left dirt all over the carpets and floors. They did not clean any of the toilets or tubs, did not wipe off the bathroom or kitchen counters, and did not appear to have gone into one bathroom at all. They passed a dust rag only over two pieces of furniture. In the two hours they were here, the main thing they seem to have done was go through my jewelry, which they had dumped out into a bathroom drawer! I called the owner to complain, and she said she would call me back to arrange a time for her to come back and complete the job, but of course she never did.
