Luke knew his bid would be higher than the one other competitor but explained to me why. Sure enough when I contacted the competitor to get a quote for the same exact install the bids were in the same neighborhood. I went with Luke because he was honest and gave me solid advice on what I should get. His crew was courteous and professional and very patient while I tagged behind them, trying to learn stuff.
