flooring contractor
+ -1 morePrimary contractor was Brad Grace and assistant was Tom Sanders. Work has not been finshed. Reducer & molding have not been installed. Numerous phone calls to Mr Grace & assistant Tom Sanders were not returned. Mr Grace had no problem taking calls while he was on the job. He returned 1 phone call said he would be there on a Friday to finish. He never showed or called. Mr Sanders did come back & cut & installed door. He also repaired cracking grout on back splash. We have not seen Mr Sanders since. He has occasionally answered calls. Mr Grace's home phone is apparently disconnected. Although Brad Grace's cell phone accepts our voice mail, he never returns the calls. This job could have been easily completed. They need to call and set up time for completion of the job. Laminate flooring supplied by ProSource and ceramic tile by Tile Mart USA. Took payment & have not seen Mr Grace since.
Description of Work: Removed carpeting,linoleum, & formica. Installed ceramic tile flooring, counter tops and back splash in kitchen. Installed laminate flooring in den & hallway.
