They measured and ordered the glass. After about one month, they called to set up to install. They came, but the door they had supplied had a frame. This was not what I ordered, so they reordered the proper glass. Another 6 weeks go by, and they came to install. The installer put it in, but it did not fit. There was greater than a 1 inch gap between the door and the adjacent glass. They said they would reorder glass and reinstall. A month goes by--nothing. Called for an update. "It was shipped but broke in shipping". Another 6 weeks go by. "The order was lost". This has gone on for almost a year. I have had to hire another company to replace the glass they would not replace. Poor communication, lies, and avoiding calls. Poor business practices! Do not use this company.
