The young man was punctual in coming to my house and promised he would get back to me in a day or so. I waited. Then I called him. He never returned my call. I called the store, they put me on hold and then hung up on me. I went right up to the store and they knew who I was. They made excuses for the young man. That night I got an email from Best Buy that said Job was over and done. They were tying up the loose ends. I call the manager and she contacted the young man,he called and set up an appointment with me on Friday. I showed up,he didn't. Do not use the Geek Squad, they are incompetant and don't really care about you. Best Buy covers for them, I wanted a refund and they said the job is done, no refund. I will not use this Best Buy again nor the Geek Squad. They do not keep their word and don't care about their customers.

They did well. I would absolutely use their service again.

I do not like this store too much as I find them very unprofessional and they’re all about making money.  I don’t like anything about the store; I don’t like the atmosphere, I don’t like the people in the store, I don’t like the credit department.  My husband wanted a computer from them, but if I was to buy a computer I would never have bought it there.  Their customer service is not mention worthy, and if they do give me customer service I’m going to pay for it through the geek score, and that’s basically how I feel about them.  If it were my decision to purchase a computer, I would never go back to this store; I could go to one other store I know but they are out of business.
