Concrete Leveling
Mr. Gremillion appears to have only 1 crew, and he accompanies them to the job site and directs their work, claiming to have 29 years of experience. I made the contract have a completion date or it would be canceled, and they arrived in time to finish the work about 2 weeks before the required completion date. He and his crew slow leveled the floor of our house and added new supports underneath as they went. In some places, he raised the floor almost 5 inches! After just over 1 week, our floors are very close to level throughout the house, with some localized and small "humps" that appear to be leftover from the original settling or due to the overall design of a pier-and-beam foundation.
