Have never been treated with such a disregard to professionalism from a company. Per our contract, all work by Diego— who completed the job—is guaranteed. When called to fix some of his work (cracked grout due to uneven tiles and many other details), he sends you to his father because he has since moved to New Jersey. Okay... So, when we call his father, Fransisco, he says he can’t help us because his son didn’t pay him for previous work and he has no reason to help us. We’re cought up in family problems and left with messy work. How careless and unprofessional. Either they don’t show up to scheduled appointments or arrive a few hours late. Bad work, tiles are cracked or uneven, and some of the tiles keep moving. We have multiple areas around the house with cracked grout. Sloppy caulking, and so on. Additional fees for work that should be included in the project—nickel and dime you. Diego had updated a bathroom that afterwards would leaking through the ceiling into our main level family room. They tried fixing the leak one time and left me with a big whole in the ceiling that I had to hire another company to fix. Worst part is that the bathroom is STILL leaking which caused more water damage in the replaced ceiling that has caused mold that my toddlers have to inhale. They just refused to fix their bad work and kept blaming us for buying a cheap tub which they advised us to buy, mind boggling! They want all the money, but don’t want to spend the time doing the work right. Stay away.
