FIRST IMPRESSIONS

Basically, I called the company to have repair work on my irrigation and lanscape lighting. The owner arrived an hour late to start. He listened to what needed to be repaired and replaced. We were trying to have our system repaired from another lanscape contractor R&S Outdoors that had left us hanging when our system went out. We also had some new work we wanted to add to our irrigation system. He was pleasant, he left and said he would call back with an estimate. We never hear back from him. I made several calls to try and get in touch with him and haven't heard from him yet. If he didn't want to do the work, that's alright but please have the courtesy to call and tell the client. Without us you don't have a business. I won't be reccomending them to anyone.

Their prices were very competitive and they did a good job with the lawn. They were very punctual and always came when they said they would. The crew is always very personable. We liked them a lot more than the owner.

They were very personable and the crew that did the fence was very considerate of us. They worked very quickly and efficiently and their prices are reasonable.
