I would recommend Effie Carter for real estate. She was very professional. She worked really hard to advertise the property. In fact, people who live in the area she contacted them to see if they were interested, worked that deal out smoothly with them. With one property we had to deal with some of the relatives and she worked really professionally with those other relatives. I liked the way she handled. She had all the paperwork for us. It was a very easy experience for us. We did not have any unexpected things come up because she took care of things that she needs to or talk to buyers. It was a positive experience. We did not have any complaint.
