Dugas provided excellent customer service and responded to my inquiries in a timely manner. I like that they emailed the name and picture of the technician that would becoming out to provide the service. The technician was punctual and very professional and thorough. I would definitely use again.

I did NOT receive notification of date or time of arrival in advance of the inspection, even though my wife and I had previously requested prior notification

We hired Dugas for pest control services after purchasing our new home in 2016. We pay for quarterly services and receive our bill quarterly. They are always on time, friendly and ask how we are doing each visit. Any problems that arise in between services, we just give them a call and they are quick to come out. They offered a competitive termite protection plan and we plan to purchase that product next year. Overall we have had no issues and recommend to friends and family.

OK. They wanted me to sign a blank form which said they had done work they did not and this would have allowed Dugas to get government money.

We have used Dugas for years. They are always quick to respond if we need additional services, r like having issues with rats in our backyard (big problem in our neighborhood). Spray does it job with roaches.

Terrific as usual. I am on a yearly plan. Someone calls, sets up an appointment and comes out every three months. If we see bugs we call and someone comes to take care of the problem.

Great!  I don't see bugs or mosquitoes anymore.  The termite stations are hidden so no one sees them.

Staff arrived as scheduled and were knowledgable/professional.   They detailed what was to be done prior to working and completed work within 70 minutes.  Work areas were clean/no soil laying around.

They come back and spray as many times as you need them. That is a good deal. Customer satisfaction guarantee.

They came when they said they would, explained every step of what they were doing and why.  This was an extremely bad infestation both inside an outside of the house.  The person that did the treatment was very, very professional, easy to understand and very friendly.  The work was done very well with no clean up required on our part afterwards.  
The second visit was made by the same person so she was already familiar with the situation.  She checked very thoroughly and made additional recommendations when we asked questions.  Again, she was very professional and joy to work with.
