"You did not schedule your move with me. You scheduled through uhaul who we are a service provider for. It's unfortunate we could not accomadate you. You have to take some responsibility for waiting the day before your move and scheduling through a 3rd party without speaking to me. I informed you we would not be able to accommodate you and you would have to go through uhaul to get a refund because we don't receive payment until job is complete and you give us the uhaul payment code. When moving it is best to schedule a week prior to move date, as well as communicate with the company that is moving you"
