They showed up when they promised, and installed all of the carpet and tile in one day. Their prices are competitive, and they left the apartment clean when they were finished. I have used them before, and would use them again.

Remediating the damage required removing the pad, drying the carpet, installing new pad, and shampooing the carpet to remove stains. My technician, Mr. T. Blue, was competent and courteous. Above all, he was conscientious. After shampooing the carpet, there were some remaining stains, which he returned the next day to address. He didn't have to go the extra mile, because I had already paid in full, but he did. In short, this service exceeded my expectations, and the price was reasonable. There is no question that I would use this business again for future carpet care.
