 + -1 moreHorrible. He had a vision of the drawings and the plan that conflicted with the owners and the architect. He was negative toward anything that was suggested. The little bit of framing he did was totally inaccurate.
Description of Work: After demolishing and revealing the job was beyond his scope and expectation, Mr. Robinson wanted to charge alot more than originally proposed. He could not explain these charges and when given the opportunity to explain his additional fees he decided to abandon the job all together. He was paid a start up draw that covered 28% of the entire balance of his fee. He is refusing to refund any monies. He has completed only 3% of the job. This action would deem him a crook.
