Home Warranty
My home was destroyed during a hurricane and I had never filed a claim in 20+ years of having home owners insurance. That's the time you really see what you've been paying for.
Debbie took on my claim as a personal crusade. She made sure that I got through this horrendous time with minimal inconvenience.
My home was so damaged that I had to live in an apartment for an entire year; it was traumatic, but Debbie called me every week to make sure there weren't any outstanding issues. She was more than a vendor, she was an advocate and a friend.
Even after pulling through this horrible event, Debbie calls me to find possible ways to save on my car and home insurance. She is patient, a good explainer, a total professional, and someone who truly strives to serve.
