Shoe Repair
Said it would be ready in about four days, went back after about seven days and he said he forgot to do it. Asked if I could wait. Went to store and came back. It was done. Have not used the purse yet So I don't know if the repair actually worked.

Leather and Vinyl Repair
I had the strap of a purse shortened. The promise date for the purse was the day before Thanksgiving. When I went to pick it up that afternoon, the shop was closed and did not reopen until the Tuesday after Thanksgiving. When I went on Tuesday(lunchtime)to pick it up, it was not ready. However, when I returned the next day the work had been done. The people in the shop(owners?)were friendly. I would return to this shop, but I would be sure to wait a couple of extra days before picking up any repairs.

The shop is interesting to see and smells wonderful with the leather. I have a favorite pair of shoes that were repaired, they're going on 6 years now! They also stretched a pair that were new and a little too small for me.
