Jeremy and Patrick were great. All work was done on time with no issues, the area was cleaned after they finished and left perfect. Jeremy the owner came out on Saturday to bring and install the remote that was backordered. Patrick took all the time needed at the install to get everything right and to our satisfaction. They both took all the time needed to answer all of our questions on the new system

We are very pleased with the final product. The technician was very friendly and professional.  He made sure I knew how to adjust everything before he left.  The owner was fantastic and came over on a Saturday to give me an initial estimate.  We definitely plan on using them again!!!

Crescendo is authorized dealer of Goldenear speakers and Leon speaker systems...Jeremy the owner and Patrick worked with me over the course of several meetings to show me what they offered and how each option would work in the area I was upgrading...in the end of course it was my decision to choose from the options available...once I made my decision these guys were fantastic...they were 100% responsive to my concerns and finished the job on time and professionally...the service was everything you expect to see from a locally owned aspiring business. I could not rate these guys higher and can only wish all businesses I deal with in the future offered this kind of service and quality.

Jeremy's prices for equipment were competitive and he had already done the research on what the best equipment is to suit our needs.  We told him what our desires were for our new home and he came back with a quote that was fair.  The price listed in this review is the total for both installations.  We just had them done at separate times.
He programmed our universal remote so anyone who is not tech savvy could still work the system (and he took the time to show us how to use it and to tweak the system to our preferences).   
He set up 2 zones for the audio so we can have the surround sound speakers with the TV in the living room and listen to the audio from that or something different on the patio.  My husband questioned whether we really needed the outdoor speakers when I asked to have them installed but I think that is probably one of his favorite features now :-)
Crescendo stands behind their work and are very service oriented.  I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.  I've known Jeremy for several years because he has done many installations for my employer.  Some people may not feel comfortable leaving contractors alone in their home doing an installation but with Jeremy and his crew I know they are trustworthy and have them alone in my home on more than one occasion..
