+ -1 moreCharles Simmons, Jr., attorney, Counsellor Title is in my opinion is one the most knowledgable real estate attorneys in the entire state. He and his assistant Joni were always available to answer questions during the entire purchase process, and Charles explained each document as they were presented for signature in layman's language which was easy to understand. Charles makes the loan closing process pleasurable.
Description of Work: Provided Title services to close a real estate purchase transaction.
