In the middle of the recent floods our in home generator decided to die on us. After ordering and receiving a new one we contacted Mr. Darcy who came right out and determined what he needed to do to get us online once again. Not only was he efficient but his price was the lowest of all those who quoted for the job. One company was in excess of $2,000 over Colonial's price. This is the real deal. No hype or chasing your tail to get something done quickly and cost effective. We have had Mr. Darcy and his helper, Nathan, to our home numerous times and have NEVER had to call him back because of shoddy workmanship. Get him booked before you call anyone else !!! You will be glad you did.

James and his helper arrived on time prepare to work. Things went really well and they completed everything to my satisfaction in about 2.5 hours. If that was not enough, they cleaned up to my wife's satisfaction. Very professional and explained everything to me as the work progressed Would use again

Mr. James came out not only same day but immediately to offer a quote and set an appointment for the following day. My house was only built with one outlet behind my washing machine/dryer because original owners opted for a unified stacked washer/dryer that only needed one plug. Well, when I bought full size appliances to replace that old system I had been without working appliances for 3 weeks at that point when I learned on delivery day I would need another outlet. Mad at myself for not thinking of that but Mr. James quickly came to my aid.

Mr. James was so kind and understanding. He thoroughly explained what he needed to do beforehand and what any complications may entail. He was very straightforward, careful, and after he quickly hooked me up, he cleaned up after himself. He brought everything needed with him. His price was very reasonable, especially because he came out right away.  I will definitely be calling him again and I am very happy to have used this company.

I called and setup a day and time several days later for when I was due back in town.   Service was setup for 1st thing in the morning. I received a call from Mr. Darce about 20 minutes before his arrival on the morning of service.  Mr Darce promptly arrived and performed the service.  Although the job was a relatively small job, I found Mr. Darce to be knowledgeable and professional and his price seemed very fair.  He also gave me a quote on a couple of electrical projects and have planned in the future and will definitely call Mr. Darce to perform those services.

I called on Monday morning.  They offered to come that day, but I could tell it would be squeezing us in and it wasn't an emergency.  They definitely would have come that day had it been an emergency.  They came first thing on Tuesday and called 30 minutes before arrival to confirm.  They communicated well throughout the setup and also in explaining what our problems were.  Work was very fast and efficient.  Will definitely call them for future jobs.

Right before I was leaving town for the Christmas holidays, the power went out in one area of the house and I was unable to set the alarm system. After calling around to several other businesses to try to have someone come out to fix the problem and not being successful, I reached Mr. Darcy who postponed his own plans to leave town in order to come out to my house to try to fix the problem. He quickly located the problem, restored power and I was able to set the alarm before I went out of town for several days.

Mr.Darcy has installed almost every electrical item in this 20 year old home from ceiling fans to light fixtures with absolutely no problems or call backs. He is a pleasure to have in the house and will take the time to explain any questions. We recently had a broken switch behind a switch plate. It would have been easy to just walk away and not do anything but Mr. Darcy fixed the problem while he was repairing another problem. His service and prices are unbeatable !

They are good and have always been very responsive when I have called them. They have been very patient with my job. They are nice people. They had to go through every wire which was big help.

They are reasonable and do an excellent job always. The owner's name is James Darce. I recommended him to our property manager and now he does all the work in our neighborhood.
