 + -1 moreWouldn't use him if you paid me. Sad part is, he has done a lot of work in our neighborhood. I should have gone with my gut instinct and not wasted my time. The neighbors I spoke to were rather ambivalent in their recommendation.
Description of Work: Spent over TWO HOURS with this person and he never had the decency to send an estimate or follow up on our projects.
