were looI bought a 2012 GMC Yukon on 1/3/2012 and have had it serviced here since. I have always been pleased on each visit. The service manager was very helpful on the last visit. Two panels over the rear lights needed replacing--they were loose. I had the oil changed and they had to order the new parts. The service manager let me drive off without paying for the service and told me to just settle up when the parts come in. That was old-fashioned service. The car has 25000 miles on it and has yet to require more than oil change and tire rotation so i can't say how more extensive service will be. I've been to many, many service departments in the past and this one is very good.
