CAPITAL HOME INSPECTION SERVICES LLC

We were referred to Capital Home Inspections by a close friend. We contacted him after signing a contract to purchase a home. He scheduled the inspection that same day. He arrived on-time and did a very thorough job. He spent nearly three hours at the house and inspected the entire home and shed on the property. Before leaving, he went through most of his findings and made recommendations. Later that same week, he emailed me a copy of the inspection which was very thorough and detailed all of the findings discussed in person and more. We have since purchased the home and his inspection was a great tool for arranging repairs to be done prior to purchase and continues to guide us in planning home improvement projects.
