Tony arrived on time and looked at the furniture to be cleaned. He asked us if there were any concerns with the furniture and then went through all of the things he was going to do to clean the furniture. He explained drying time and care after the cleaning. Tony was very friendly and professional.

I was able to make an appointment for the following day after calling. I told them that I needed a sofa cleaned in a spot where the dog urinated. Harold arrived on time and proceeded to clean the sofa. He concentrated on the spot and did a good job on the cushion that was affected. He and quot;cleanedand quot; the entire sofa but left me less than satisfied with the job as a whole. No spots were lifted elsewhere and I didn't feel like the sofa overall was well cleaned. He advised me to put the cushion outside in the sun to additionally remove any remaining odor, which I appreciated.
$95 to Steam Clean and Deoderize. $30 for Pet Treatment Tax and $6 Fuel.
