 + 4 moreShaun proved himself to be a honest and trustworthy individual. He conducted his business in a professional manner and didn't waste time on the job or leave me wondering when he would show up. He gave me a schedule and stuck to it, completing all of the agreed upon repairs in a timely manner, and the final product was excellent. We had one small problem of a newly installed toilet leaking and he promptly returned to repair the issue. Most importantly to me, Shaun was a man that I felt comfortable leaving to work ALONE with my wife and sister. There are few contractors that I have found who both professionally complete a job in a timely manner while and who I can trust to be an honest and trustworthy individual, but Shaun was all of the above. I will definitely hire him again.
Description of Work: Shaun Calloway assisted in a complete renovation of a damaged foreclosed property that I purchased. He purchased the materials and performed the following repairs on the property: replaced water damaged bottom of kitchen cabinet, replaced kitchen faucet, replaced 5 damaged interior doors, replaced 1 interior door and jamb that was previously kicked-in, repaired exterior door jamb that was previously kicked-in, replaced 3 damaged support posts holding up carport, repaired various holes punched in sheetrock walls and ceiling throughout property, installed new junction box for light fixture in kitchen, replaced missing smoke detectors and replaced two toilets.
