home theater design
 + -1 moreoriginal work 5+ years ago was great. the plasma TV developed a 'red streek' down the side and nothing was ever done. now that we need service, I get no response.
Description of Work: I have contacted Bryan many many times in the past few months to come fix my TV. he says he's coming, then calls and cancels. then I call back and he says he going to call me back but never does. I am going to move on. so much for his lifetime guarantee of 24/7 service.
