BRUMBLES

My daughter had used this salon and had a great experience so I thought I'd give it a try. OMG! After waiting for an hour and having several people who walked in (they do not take appointments) taken in front of me (even though I had signed in when I entered), the stylist who trimmed my hair was rude to the point of being mean. She did trim my hair as instructed, but acted annoyed when, after asking me if I'd like it flat-ironed, I said yes and that caused her extra work. I am a tough cookie, but I actually left the salon in tears feeling like I had been berated for asking them to do me a service AND paying for it. Perhaps this is just this one particular stylist and I do intend to contact the manager, but I would advise if sent there on a referral, find out exactly who to ask for so you do not have the same experience that I did. In fairness to the salon, their prices are fair and the other work I saw being done seemed professional and at least adequate.
