At first we were pleased with the price and the time it took to complete the job. Best Deal ONLY made the door. We arranged for our own installation. Although Best Deal did come out to our home to check the measurements, the door was too tall for the opening. While this was easily corrected by our contractor, it was a bit troublesome given that the door was supposed to be made to exact specifications. After the door was installed, we noticed several holes clear through the solid wood door. Because we carefully stored this door in a climate controlled area out of the elements, it appears that some sub standard wood was used for the construction of our door. We have also discovered wseveral large cracks in the wood as well as part of the door being warped. The door will remain for the time being while we attempt to find a higher quality door. In the meantime I am concerned about the poor quality construction of what is supposed to be a solid door.

Tam Lee, the owner, is very fair and forward leaning in making sure you are happy with his product. He has an incredible shop and can make you any size door or window you need. He is polite, helpful, and very accommodating. I will use his services again to make for our main entry door at some point.
