After the job was complete, there was some defective flooring. It did take six months after the job was complete, but they did eventually agree and complete and replace the defective hardwood flooring. I am very happy with the completed work.

my 1st experience w/ BB was encouraging.  i arrived right after work at 10 minutes after 6p.m.,only to despair that they were all locked up.  i turned around to see one man next to a van in the parking lot.  i looked thru the windows before leaving.  as i turned to go back to the car, the lone gentleman called out to ask if i wanted to go inside. i quickly replied,"Yes.  that's why i came."  Mr. William unlocked the doors for me, helping me search for just what i wanted for an entire hour past closing time.  they didn't have the exact color tile i wanted,so he suggested that i come to the other location by Tom Dr. on Airline the next morning, Saturday.
  Mr. William has been abundantly helpful ever since; always polite and cheerful.  he was able to accommadate my wishes w/my budget & work hours.  he was willing to come late (again) one day after his closing time to measure my kitchen. he gladly answered a million questions.
the only slight problem i could complain about was that the installers were 2 hours late the 1st day.  very minor inconvenience. the installers, Mr. Robson and his crew, were very professional and polite; careful to clean-up as they worked.
