We still have places where the plumbing is not working right. The quality of their service was very poor. I would never use their services again.

My tenant called to report a broken pipe. I contacted Doug Bennett (I had used himbefore). He was going out of town, but had his brother contact me. He (brother) arrived that afternoon, with a helper, found and fixed the problem. Great service, good price.

These are not the easiest guys to schedule, so you must be patient, but they are honest and genuinely nice. It took several calls made over a couple of weeks to get them on site. I've been trying to get them out to the house for a small issue and mentioned this additional need when I first started calling them to make the service call to my office. You do have to be persistent to get on their list, but honesty is paramount to me so it's worth it in my book. My dog had come to work with me the day they came out here and she insisted in "helping" by stuffing herself into the very small bathroom with the two plumbers from Bennett. They were very kind to my elderly dog and she loved them, so it's unanimous. OK, now I just reminded myself that I have to call them back and try to get them out to the house.
