"This customer didn't pay a penny for this installation. In fact, after the complete a/c system was replaced, he refused to pay for the installation! I threatened to call the police, and his home warranty company decided to pay the bill on his behalf. This man is a thief and I should have had him arrested for what he did. Some customers will do anything to get service for free. A liar and a thief -- this customers should receive a rating below "F"... fool."
