 + -1 moreI cant say enough bad things about this company and the people that work there!!! As soon as they got their money at the closing they were done. I was missing documents that should have been given to me at the closing so I called Krissy Guillory 5 times over a 3 week period requesting them. Krissy never returned my calls. I then call Robert Adams. I told him I was trying to track a $900. check that was suppose to have been sent to me 3 weeks prior. Mr. Adams told me they sent it to another address he guessed that was where it was.. He made no offer to cancel the missing check and issue me another one . (incompetent and sloppy) They mishandled several other important papers that were to be sent to me and told me that I would have to track them myself. Robert Adams was rude and unapologetic about the sloppy way they handled things. Mr Adams let me know he was not interested in correcting any of their mistakes, they were no longer involved. Once you pay them they are gone. PLEASE,PLEASE use another title company. there are plenty to choose from. Anybody can give better service than Baton Rouge Title
Description of Work: Baton Rouge Title did the closing on my home in Madisonville,La. I was the buyer so I did not chose the title company .
