The Saia family provided excellent customer service and their communication was excellent. There were similar products available in the Baton Rouge area, but we would often have calls go unreturned and they were staffed with employees who weren't very knowledgeable. Backyard Adventures always answered our calls and they know their product well. It's a locally-owned family-run business and they are very reliable. Overall, we highly recommend them!
