B H Floor Covering

In October of 2008 B H Floor covering installed brick pavers and Shaw Versalock flooring in my home. The brick had some minor surface flaws, and when they sealed the surface they sealed in paint spots and other blemishes that should have been cleaned first. The guy they sent to install the melamine didn't know what he was doing. In every room there are split boards, ends of boards jutting up , and bent boards. I never walk through the house with out getting angry all over again. We called Mr Harris repeatedly over several months before he finally came to the house and acknowledged that the flaws were his responsibility, He promised to make repairs as soon as he got the materials which might take "a couple of weeks." More than two years later he has made no effort to repair the floor and has not responded to many phone calls or letters. I will never do business with them again under any circumstances.
