Flooring
Broke a piece of our granite that was irreplaceable then acted like they were doing us a favor. Also messed up our marble by cutting the sink holes in the wrong spot which had to be redone and then the marble didn't match. We found them to be very shady as far as the pricing is concerned. Also had to stay on top if them to get our job completed. Overall it was a horrible experience with a 13,000 price tag and a marginal finished product.
