The project went really well. They crew was there when they promised, worked diligently, kept the work area very clean during the work and the caulking was done in a very craftsman-like way.
After several very hard rains, there has been absolutely no leakage so the project has been a total success. I am very pleased at the results.
A plus was the firm's one-year guarantee is in writing and transferable to the next owner.
I did not get competitive bids for this work so can not say the price was the lowest possible. I do, however, based on the amount of work done and its quality, believe I got excellent value for the cost.
