 + -1 moreWe have had good service from them. When the alarm goes off, they call us and the police show up. If there is a false alarm, we end up paying for the police to show up, which is understandable. The quality of their product and service are excellent. We are satisfied with them. There was a problem with the sensor on a door and the person who came out found the problem quickly and fixed it right away. He knew what he was doing, and it didn?t take him long. He was very nice, and it was a good experience. That was the only problem that we?ve had since we?ve been here.
Description of Work: We have an alarm system provided by Argus Security. They monitor our house for fire, smoke and theft. We have 2 keypads, and they monitor every window and every door. They had the system in when we moved into the house 3 years ago, and so we called them, checked them out, and renewed their service.
